Victoria is Head of Programmes and Delivery at OBH. In this role, she works closely with the leadership team to shape and deliver key strategic and operational priorities across the organisation. She works collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and ensure the high-quality, impactful delivery of data-driven products and projects.
She works closely with clinical, technical and analytical colleagues to interpret complex data/analytical findings and translate them into clear, actionable insights for clients. Alongside programme management, Victoria plays a central role in OBH’s internal operations, including business planning, communications, and team development. Her work bridges strategy, execution, and organisational effectiveness – helping to align people, processes, and priorities behind OBH’s mission.
Prior to working at OBH, Victoria has held leadership roles across multiple NHS organisations, driving healthcare strategy and transformation at both provider and system levels. Victoria is an alumna of the Harvard Business School Value-Based Healthcare Seminar and holds an MSc in Health Psychology from University College London and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Manchester.
