With a strong foundation in computer science, Luciano holds the Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) Java SE 7 certification and brings extensive J2EE development experience from projects in telecom and media sectors. His technical expertise spans modern languages and frameworks, including Java, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Python, and Azure Spark, allowing him to build scalable web applications and data processing pipelines tailored to healthcare data analytics. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Italian.
