
Dr Nasrin Hafezparast is Co-founder and Chief Clinical Data Officer at OBH with leadership responsibility for the organisation’s data strategy, operational strategy, and business operations as a member of the senior leadership team. Nasrin brings an invaluable combination of healthcare data, clinical coding and clinical experience to the health outcomes analytics tools and clinically-curated population segmentation models developed at OBH in partnership with the NHS and health system partners.
Nasrin is dual-trained in both Computer Science and Medicine at University College London, bringing a rare combination of medical and technological insight to her role. As a fully qualified medical doctor, she has clinical experience spanning Emergency Medicine, General Practice and Hospital Medicine. Her entrepreneurial vision is recognised industry-wide: she was named one of ’35 Women under 35′ by Management Today, and selected as one of ‘Twenty Women in Data & Tech’ by The Female Lead and Women in Tech.
Nasrin has made significant academic contributions with publications on multimorbidity in leading journals including BMC Primary Care, Royal Society of Medicine Journal, The Lancet Europe and Nature Medicine. She has presented internationally, including a TEDxTehran talk on ‘Breaking through the disease barrier’, and is an alumna of Harvard Business School Value-Based Healthcare Delivery programme.
