Katy is a Clinical Associate at OBH. At OBH Katy is a clinical contributor across client projects. Working as part of the clinical team, Katy has contributed to the review of thousands of clinical codes to inform development of OBH’s extensive code base and clinical data definitions. Katy’s clinical experience informs product development, which is further supported through extensive research into national and international standards and best practices guidelines. 

Katy joined OBH from a communications role in the charity sector. Katy is interested in shifting healthcare mindsets from treating illness to supporting communities to stay healthy through proactive, prevention-driven approaches, which is reflected in her work in population health management at OBH. 

Katy studied Medicine at the University of Bristol and worked as a junior doctor, with experience in Acute Medicine, Paediatrics, GP and Trauma and Orthopaedics. She is currently completing a Masters in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
