Nina Janda is a Senior Director at OBH. She is a strategic healthcare leader with extensive board-level experience in the NHS and across healthcare focussed technology organisations including Dr Foster and Beamtree. Over the course of her career, she has founded a number of trailblazing organisations dedicated to leveraging data and digital solutions to improve patient care and operational efficiency across global healthcare systems. This has included the development of the world’s first international, risk adjusted datasets, allowing hospitals across the NHS, Europe, the USA, Nordics and Australia to benchmark their outcomes to improve patient care. As well as her role at Outcomes Based Healthcare, Nina also serves as a Non- Executive Director at East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust and Chair of East and North Hertfordshire Hospital Charity.
